You can delete your account yourself at any time using the in-app or web settings below. You do not need to contact us first, but we provide an email option if you cannot access your account.

By Email (if you cannot access your account)
Email us from the address associated with your Kunya account. Include your full name and a clear request to delete your account and associated data. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
Data That Is Deleted
When your account deletion is completed, we delete or anonymize the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your profile information (name, email, and account preferences)
- Chat conversations and messages
- Generated images, videos, audio, and other content you created in Kunya
- Workspace pages, notes, databases, and related collaboration data you own
- Voice profiles, API keys, and integration connections linked to your account
- Team memberships and workspace access tied to your user account
- Active sessions and authentication tokens
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be kept after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Payment and billing records (retained as required for tax and financial regulations, typically up to 7 years)
- Security and audit logs (retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged)
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you
- Information we are required to retain by law, regulation, or valid legal process
Deletion Timeline
When you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time your account remains accessible and you can cancel the deletion request from the same Settings screen where you started it.
After the 30-day grace period ends, your account and the associated personal data listed above are permanently deleted, except for the retained data described in the previous section.
Cancel a Deletion Request
If you change your mind during the 30-day grace period, sign in to Kunya on the web or mobile app, open Settings, and cancel the pending deletion request before the scheduled date.
